TEST4TPT
A three-year, multi-country study evaluating the SIILTIBCY skin test, AI-assisted result reading and community-based delivery to improve initiation and completion of TB preventive treatment in Mozambique, Tanzania and Uganda. MRCU is the dissemination and implementation partner in Uganda.
TRANSPIRE

PREGART
A randomized non-inferiority clinical trial evaluating the safety and efficacy of dolutegravir and EFV400 in pregnant and breastfeeding women, generating evidence-based recommendations for safe first-line ART regimens in PMTCT.
UPART
Long-term outcomes of dolutegravir among children and adolescents living with HIV in Uganda, including the use of point-of-care HIV viral load monitoring to improve viral load suppression in this age group.
GOALS
Goals for Adherence with Low-cost Incentives: a randomized controlled trial evaluating the impact of small airtime incentives on ART adherence among young people living with HIV in Kampala, using behavioural economics.
INMIND
Incentives and Reminders to Improve Long-term Medication Adherence: structured incentive and reminder models designed to support durable medication adherence behaviours.

Piloting Children's Palliative Outcome Scale (C-POS) tools in paediatric life-threatening illness care to improve patient-centred outcome measurement.
