An accomplished Finance and Operations Expert, with proven ability to set up and ensure high quality, program supporting operational standards, in humanitarian INGO space, Juliet builds our MRCU Board with a wealthy of expertise in Finance and Human Resource. She has led both functions at Country and Regional levels, worked with diverse teams in a multicultural context, and facilitated the successful implementation of projects and programs delivered by reputable INGOs in sub-Saharan Africa.
She has worked with non-governmental organizations for over 25 years and currently, she is a Management Consultant at International Alert Uganda.
She has a master’s in management studies, Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management, and a bachelor’s degree in commerce. She has been on several Boards; currently, she is the Treasurer of Mildmay Research Centre Board, Treasurer of Deliverance Church Uganda National Women's Committee, Member of Deliverance Church Kololo Deacons Board, and she is the Director of Finance for Exceller Options Limited.
