Job Summary: The position holder will provide essential administrative support to the Research Centre, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Key responsibilities include handling correspondence, managing documents and records, and supporting various research activities.
Position’s expected Key Result Areas:
- Administrative Support: Ensure smooth office operations by managing administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics.
- Grants Administration: Support the research team in grant management, maintaining financial records, and assisting with reporting requirements.
- Correspondence Management: Handle official communications, including drafting and responding to emails, letters, and reports.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
